Trauma, Coping & Resilience Research

As part of my IRB-approved capstone project for PSYC 411, I conducted a study examining how different coping strategies influence the relationship between cumulative trauma exposure and resilience. I used Qualtrics to collect data and SPSS to perform regression analyses on responses from 98 college students. The results explored curvilinear trends and the impact of emotion-focused versus task-focused coping on trauma recovery outcomes.
